A study published in Permanente Journal saw anxiety scores and sleep scores improve 79 percent and 66 percent respectively after the first month of participants using hemp extract, most commonly known as CBD. ​Another study showed that CBD helps regulate cortisol, a stress  In a health blog article from University of Michigan Health, Professor Deirdre Conroy, Ph.D. stated "There's evidence that CBD can be helpful in managing anxiety. If someone's anxiety is creating their sleep problem, a CBD product may benefit them."
