Subscription Monthly Boxes
The 25th of every month we ship your boxes.
Orders received by the 15th of each month, will be shipped by the 25th.
Orders received after the 15th, will ship the following month.
We only ship within the United States.
Subscription boxes are shipped via USPS First Class Package.
Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.
You may update your shipping address and payment information anytime by logging into your dashboard

We do not accept returns on subscription boxes once they are shipped. We can refund before shipment. To request a refund BEFORE YOUR BOX IS SHIPPED email email@example.com. Refunds will be made to the customer’s original form of payment in its entirety (i.e. the full amount of the transaction).
Prepaid Gift Subscription Boxes are non-refundable.
We will replace items if they are defective, damaged, or missing from your shipment. If an item arrives damaged or is missing from your box, send an email to allay box co. (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 7 days of delivery and we will mail you a replacement item at no cost to you. If the item is damaged, you may be asked to email us a photo of the item, which will be used to improve quality assurance processes. We do not accept returns on individual items included in subscription boxes.
Replacements are approved at the sole discretion of allay box co. All attempts will be made to replace your item with an identical or similar item. If an identical or similar item is not available, we reserve the right to offer you a choice between an item of similar value or credit to your account.
allay box co. is not responsible for damage that occurs due to weather, postal carrier handling, or after postal carrier delivery.
